We are a company focused on operational efficiency, service excellence, and continuous improvement of our production and logistics processes. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our plant in Apodaca. Job Objective Supervise and coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance planning, work order management, and technical team leadership to guarantee uninterrupted equipment operation under safe and efficient conditions. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance. * Maintenance programs * Coordinate and supervise corrective repairs of machinery and equipment. * Track recurring failures and implement corrective actions. * Work order management.
