Objectives: Supervise the overall condition of private subdivisions to maintain order, aesthetic harmony, and full satisfaction of the board of directors. Activities: Conduct inspection visits and tours at assigned private subdivisions. Verify work performed by security, landscaping, pool maintenance, cleaning, and maintenance service providers. Monitor compliance with construction regulations. Supply materials to subdivisions. Manage petty cash. Prepare supervision reports. Collect visual evidence and conduct inventories. Initiate actions based on identified incidents and follow up on their resolution with the rest of the team. Track procedures at government agencies or service providers. Provide in-person support to residents. Maintain constant communication with the management team and board of directors. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM.
