Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to operate HAAS machines, interpret blueprints, and ensure part quality during the night shift. Key Highlights: 1. Expert operation of HAAS CNC machinery and on-machine programming. 2. Interpretation of SolidWorks and technical drawings for precise manufacturing. 3. Responsible for adjustments, quality control, and compliance with ISO standards. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree, incomplete engineering degree, or related field (industrial, mechanical, or similar). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years as a **CNC Operator**. * On-machine programming and Mastercam * **NIGHT SHIFT from Thursday to Sunday, 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM** **Essential Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in **SolidWorks** for interpretation and support in part design. * Operation of **HAAS** CNC machinery (lathe, laser cutter, or press brake preferred). * Reading and interpretation of **blueprints and technical drawings**. * Adjustment of parameters and CNC machine set\-up. * Use of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, tape measure, etc.). * CNC programming. * Knowledge of metallic materials and tolerances. **Job Responsibilities:** * Safely and efficiently operate **HAAS CNC** machines. * Interpret models and blueprints in **SolidWorks** to ensure correct part manufacturing. * Perform set\-up, adjustments, and tooling changes. * Dimensionally inspect produced parts to ensure compliance with specifications. * Identify and report deviations, defects, or opportunities for improvement. * Comply with quality management system procedures (ISO). * Maintain workplace order, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive **monthly salary**, commensurate with experience. * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment * Monthly food vouchers * Uniform * Annual bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
