Location: Pesquería, Nuevo León. **Position objective:** Ensure efficient, safe, and continuous operation of stamping processes using presses, optimize resources, meet quality standards, and support continuous improvement of production processes. **Academic Background** * Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 3 to 5 years in the automotive, metalworking, or manufacturing industry with stamping processes. * Experience in operation, adjustment, and basic maintenance of **mechanical and hydraulic presses**. * Knowledge of dies, tooling changes, and setup times. * Experience in line balancing and stamping process improvement. * Desired experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodologies. **Technical Knowledge** * Stamping and deep-drawing processes. * Reading and interpretation of blueprints, geometric tolerances (GD&T). * Safety standards in press operations. * Knowledge of metallic materials and their behavior in stamping. * Handling of production indicators (OEE, scrap, efficiency, productivity). * Quality tools: FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys. * Design/manufacturing assist software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, desirable). **Skills** * Leadership and teamwork. * Problem analysis and resolution skills. * Results-driven and continuous improvement focus. * Organization and planning under pressure. * Effective communication. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate press operations and stamping processes. * Ensure proper execution of die changes and setups within standard time. * Monitor production indicators and propose improvement plans. * Guarantee process safety according to applicable regulations. * Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth production flow. * Implement projects for cost reduction, scrap reduction, and cycle time optimization. * Train and provide technical support to operators.
