




**Job Description – Sales Executive (Metal-Mechanical Area)** **Area:** Commercial / Industrial Sales **Reports to:** General Management **Location:** Monterrey, N.L. **Modality:** On-site with client visits **Position Purpose** Develop, maintain, and expand commercial relationships with clients in the industrial sector, offering solutions in **steel, laser cutting, bending, welding, painting, and assembly**, aligned with the quality and service standards of **Aceroservicios Ali**. The Sales Executive is the **direct link between the client and operations**, ensuring commercial and technical satisfaction for each project. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect and acquire new clients within the metal-mechanical, structural, and industrial sectors. * Manage an active client portfolio, maintaining strong, long-term relationships. * Identify business opportunities in new projects, tenders, or industrial expansions. * Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with engineering and administration. * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms with a focus on profitability. * Accompany orders from placement to delivery, ensuring compliance and satisfaction. * Provide post-sale follow-up and manage technical requests or claims. * Contribute to positioning the Aceroservicios Ali brand in the northern and western regions of the country. * Report weekly to management on progress, closed deals, and sales forecasts. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * **Experience:** * Minimum **3 to 5 years** in technical or industrial sales (steel, manufacturing, metal-mechanics, structures, or industrial services). * Proven experience dealing with manufacturing or construction companies. * **Existing client portfolio or industrial contacts desirable.** * **Technical knowledge:** ability to interpret blueprints, metal manufacturing processes (laser cutting, bending, welding). * Proficiency with CRM systems and digital client management tools. * Valid driver's license and availability to travel (client visits, trade shows, plants, etc.). **Key Competencies** * Results-oriented with goal achievement focus. * Skilled in technical and commercial negotiation. * Clear and professional communication. * Ability to work independently with punctual follow-up. * Strategic thinking and understanding of the industrial market. * Integrity, commitment, and service-minded attitude.
