International company in the plastic injection field is seeking: **Molding Engineer** Establishes operating methods for the molding area. Sets process parameters for injection machines. Coordinates direct production personnel to meet targets and work procedures. Responsible for follow-up on product improvements and achievement of Quality and Productivity goals. **Responsibilities / Functions**: · Molding startup and machine coordination to meet production schedule. · Control of permits and personnel discipline. · Maintain personnel attendance records. · Support resolution of product design and quality issues. · Decision-making in conflict situations with molding production operators. · Coordinate establishment and standardization of product quality criteria. · Simplify failure analysis processes and responses to rejections. · Coordinate analysis of products/parts to reduce scrap levels and achieve DPPM targets. · Planning preventive mold maintenance together with the planning department. · Recordkeeping of downtime control. · General machine maintenance. **Education**: Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
