Develop and deliver training programs for updating Point of Sale Terminal operations 4. Create and administer biannual exams for field technicians 5. Track incidents and resolve them 6. Keep technicians updated on any required changes in equipment application 7. Diagnose processes and devices 8. Stay updated through field visits with technicians to identify potential issues during service delivery 9. Assist with the Teleloading process for service support 10. Support activities requested by the operations department 11. Respond to client requests (BANKING INSTITUTIONS) 12. Provide on-site support when necessary due to bank assignments Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Saturday half day Position Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site job
