




We are a Mexican company with an automation platform for Logistics, providing connections between Carriers and Shippers, located south of Monterrey, seeking an **Accounting Assistant** for the Administration Department Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Experience: 1 to 2 years in administrative or accounting positions. * Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced Excel). * Advanced knowledge of accounting records, payroll processing, tax calculations, IMSS and SAT. * File organization and document control. * Experience using administrative systems (e.g.: SAE, CONTPAQi, or similar). * Skills and Competencies * Organized with attention to detail. * Discretion and confidential handling of information. * Teamwork ability. * Proactive attitude and service orientation. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. Main Responsibilities: * Data entry of accounting transactions into Contapq I software, including income, expense, journal entries, and financial reports. * Electronic invoicing. * IMSS transactions on digital platforms: SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE. * Filing monthly and informational tax declarations. * Document filing. * Performing errands at various institutions.
