Join us and be part of something extraordinary! **Software Technical Lead** =========================== Country/Region: MX Location: Guadalupe, NLE, MX, 64830 Req ID 81529 \| MSSC Guadalupe, Mexico, ZF ENGINEERING AND SHARED SERVICES MONTERREY, S DE RL DE CV **Job Description** ------------------- We are looking for a new colleague in the Software Department at our location in Monterrey. **Your Responsibilities****:** * Lead and coordinate software activities for complete embedded software project * Lead defect management with impact analysis and risk assessments for incident reports as required * Support development team with software analysis and prototypes as required * Act as intermediary between Software Project Manager, development, test, and integration teams * Facilitate work breakdowns and provide effort estimations for requirements, change requests, and incident reports * Negotiate baseline content and timing in conjunction with Software Project Manager * Lead daily standups for integration and development team * Plan and allocate integration, test, and development teams work for sprints and baselines * Work closely with Software Project Manager to monitor project status, track external dependencies, and mitigate project risk * Support Software Project Manager with preparation and presentation of software artifacts (e.g., KPI’s) for quality tollgates * Participate with Software Project Manager in key stakeholder meetings, technical reviews, and other meetings as necessary * Identification and lead of more general work packages, e.g. definition of process updates and new methods, including introduction and roll\-out in application projects **Your Qualifications:** * Bachelor degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Computer Science required. * A minimum of 5 years experience in embedded C programming language. * A minimum of 5 years experience in automotive software development or embedded system engineering. * A full understanding of V\-model software development process to ensure the definition and implementation of the software for a high integrity, low cost automotive product. * Excellent english communication skills and proven experience of communicating with customers. * Understanding of A\-SPICE and ISO26262\. * Know\-how of Autosar would be an added advantage. * Experience in working with automotive Active safety would be an added advantage.
