We are looking for a Purchasing Manager **with experience in** technical purchasing and materials management for telecommunications projects\*, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-assured supply. The candidate will be responsible for **coordinating the purchase of materials, equipment, and specialized services**, as well as maintaining constant communication with suppliers and operational departments. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the **end-to-end procurement cycle**, from request to material receipt. * **Identify and evaluate suppliers** of electrical, electronic, and telecommunications materials. * Conduct **price negotiations, payment terms, and delivery schedules.** * Prepare **purchase orders**, price comparisons, and cost reports. * Coordinate with **warehouse, projects, and engineering** to ensure material availability. * **Monitor inventory levels** and alert on shortages or delays. * Completion of weekly project reports * Maintain an updated **supplier and pricing database.** **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: **Bachelor's degree or Engineering** in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in procurement, preferably in the **telecommunications, energy, or construction industries.** * Knowledge of **materials, tools, and technical equipment.** * **Intermediate to advanced Excel skills** and experience with **SAI administrative system** (desirable). * Ability to **negotiate, plan, and follow up on multiple requests.** * Proactive, organized individual with a sense of urgency and results orientation. **WE OFFER** * **Monthly salary:** $13,000 to $16,000 (based on experience). * **Statutory benefits from day one.** * **Bi-weekly payments.** * **Monthly performance bonuses.** * **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Job stability and professional development path** to Senior position Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
