AB Test Solutions' clients include major manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Lighting, and Home Appliances industries. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The position involves the **development of the complete test system**, from **electrical design** and **PLC programming**, through **manufacturing** follow-up, **debugging**, **documentation**, and **startup** with the end customer, including training on system functionality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare project scope documentation. * Prioritize project activities without supervision. * Meet delivery deadlines agreed upon with the end customer. * Design electrical diagrams. * Develop software based on PLCs. * Perform electrical, mechanical, and software integration. * Conduct full system debugging. * Develop system documentation (electrical and software). * Install and commission the test system with the end customer. * Train the end customer. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC programming. * Experience with Ignition. * Project management skills. * Electrical diagram development using Solidworks Electrical, EPLAN Electric, or AutoCAD. * Software development for programmable logic controllers (PLC): Allen Bradley, Siemens, OMRON, Mitsubishi. \*\*REQUIRED\*\* * Experience with communication protocols: Serial, Ethernet, DeviceNET, Profinet, Profibus. * Knowledge of Vision Systems: Keyence and Cognex. **EDUCATION** * Degree in Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. * Bilingual.
