We value innovation and commitment to excellence in customer service, offering a collaborative work environment and professional growth opportunities.** **Main Responsibilities:** Diagnose and resolve incidents reported by operational users (warehouse, accounting, sales, logistics). Read, understand, and modify existing VB.NET code (Windows Forms). Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers in MySQL. Investigate and correct data inconsistencies in production following security protocols (backup, verification, rollback). Collaborate with the IT team to implement functional improvements requested by business units. Document system processes, workflows, and components as they become known. **Requirements:** 2–5 years of experience in development or support of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, POS, inventory systems, or similar). Proven experience maintaining and modifying legacy code. **Languages and Technologies** VB.NET or C# — intermediate level. Ability to read, debug, and modify desktop forms. If your experience is in C#, transitioning to VB.NET is feasible, but you must be familiar with the .NET ecosystem. Windows Forms — experience with desktop applications: handling control events (Click, TextChanged, LostFocus), DataGridView, multithreading to prevent UI blocking. MySQL — intermediate-to-advanced query skills: complex JOINs, subqueries, GROUP BY, HAVING, use of EXPLAIN for performance diagnostics. MySQL Stored Procedures and Triggers — ability to read, create, and modify. Understanding of DELIMITER, DEFINER, and differences from T-SQL if your primary experience is with SQL Server. Transactions — solid understanding of START TRANSACTION, COMMIT, ROLLBACK, and their importance for data integrity. **Work Location:** Guadalupe, on-site; Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; only one Saturday per quarter required for inventory purposes. **We Offer:** $30,000 gross + $3,000 bonus, statutory benefits, life insurance, savings fund, and discounts on our products.
