*This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for company 212 Executive Search & Consulting in Guadalupe, Nuevo León** **Electrical Resident | Guadalupe - Juárez Zone** An important **agro-industrial manufacturing plant** is currently expanding and seeking to add an **Electrical Resident** to its team to supervise and coordinate electrical activities within the project, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and industrial safety standards. **Position Objective:** To supervise, coordinate, and execute electrical activities for the assigned industrial project, guaranteeing proper installation, operation, and adherence to blueprints, regulations, and technical specifications, contributing to the success of the expansion project. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the installation of medium and low voltage electrical systems. * Verify that work is correctly executed according to blueprints, specifications, and applicable regulations (NOM, NFPA, NEC). * Review and validate electrical drawings, progress reports, estimates, and material control. * Assist in planning project resources, timelines, and technical requirements. * Supervise contractors and work crews, ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards. * Manage electrical testing, equipment startups, and commissioning. * Report progress and deviations to the Project Manager or Engineering Coordinator. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in industrial construction or medium/low voltage electrical projects. **Technical Knowledge:** Industrial electrical installations. NOM, NFPA, NEC standards, and CFE standards. Interpretation of electrical drawings and diagrams. Material control and cost estimation.
