AB Test Solutions' expertise stems from Electronics and Mechatronics Engineers trained and certified in LabVIEW, TestStand, and SolidWorks. AB Test Solutions' clients include leading manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Lighting, and Home Appliances industries. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The position involves developing complete test systems—from electrical and software design through manufacturing oversight, debugging, documentation, and commissioning with the end customer, including functional system training. **REQUIREMENTS** * Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering degree. * Willingness to travel. * Intermediate to advanced English (conversational). **EXPERIENCE** * Project management experience. * Electrical schematic development using SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN Electric, or AutoCAD. * Minimum 2 years developing applications in LabVIEW and/or TestStand. * Experience with National Instruments data acquisition systems (cDAQ, cRIO, PXI). * CLAD (Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer). **\*\*REQUIRED\*\*** * CLD (Certified LabVIEW Developer). **\*\*PREFERRED\*\*** * PLC software development: Allen Bradley, Siemens, OMRON, Mitsubishi. **\*\*MANDATORY** * Experience with communication protocols: Serial, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, Profinet, Profibus. * Knowledge of machine vision systems: Keyence and Cognex. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare project scope documentation. * Prioritize project activities independently. * Meet agreed-upon delivery deadlines with the end customer. * Design electrical schematics. * Develop PLC-based software. * Collaborate with the Mechanical Engineering department on fixture design required for the test system. * Integrate electrical, mechanical, and software components. * Perform full test system debugging. * Develop system documentation (electrical and software). * Install and commission the test system with the end customer. * Train the end customer.
