The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of the company's financial obligations to its suppliers. This role involves invoice management, account reconciliation, payment follow-up, and compliance with internal and external policies related to the payment cycle. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support and guidance to suppliers on matters related to electronic invoicing. * Validate, record, and process invoices from national and international suppliers. * Provide technical support on the billing portal. * Execute the supplier payment process according to established procedures. * Monitor supplier account statements and perform reconciliations. * Review invoices that do not meet validation process requirements. * Validate documentation for onboarding new suppliers. * Generate month-end closing reports. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Previous experience in accounts payable or treasury areas. * Knowledge of ERP systems and electronic invoicing platforms. * Ability to work with accuracy, organization, and a focus on compliance. **Note:** Interviews will be conducted at the office located in San Nicolas de los Garza (near clínica 6\) Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Experience: * Accounts payable: 2 years (Required) * Treasury management: 2 years (Required) Work location: On-site employment
