We are seeking to add a highly motivated **Technical Sales Advisor** to our team to drive sales and deliver exceptional service. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and generate new business opportunities within the construction, industrial, and related sectors. * Advise clients on various types of floor coatings, providing technical solutions tailored to the specific needs of each project. * Prepare customized quotes and budgets for each client, including recommendations for suitable products and finishes. * Support clients throughout the entire sales and post\-sales process, ensuring their satisfaction with the purchased products. * Meet established sales targets and maintain accurate tracking of business opportunities. **Requirements:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Architecture, Construction, or related fields (desirable). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the floor coatings, paints, or construction materials industry. * Strong communication skills when interacting with both clients and technical teams. * Proactive attitude, results\-oriented, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management systems. * Valid driver's license and current Class "C" license. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary plus commission structure. * Uncapped commissions. * Ongoing product and process training. * Opportunities for professional growth and career development within the company. * Dynamic and continuously evolving work environment.
