Join our team and become part of our family! **Job Requirements** * High school diploma. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in wholesale and semi-wholesale sales within the retail sector. * Own vehicle. * High energy and passion for sales. * Experience in field sales. * Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities. * Knowledge of wholesale distribution channels, distributors, and food service. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct effective prospecting to acquire new clients. * Schedule sales appointments to present the product range. * Manage contract openings and maintain the client portfolio. * Increase sales and identify growth opportunities. * Monitor sales indicators and report areas for improvement. * Identify opportunities for the sales team and compete on pricing. * Manage collection of overdue invoices and report to the credit department. **Benefits and Additional Perks** * Monthly salary ranging from $12,000.00 to $16,000.00 gross * Uncapped commissions. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, Infonavit). * Employment stability in the last 3 jobs. * Fuel assistance of 30 liters per week. * Participation in commission scheme starting from the fourth month. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM. * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
