Opportunity for development in a team environment **A label printing company is seeking: Operator Trainee.** Responsibilities: * Ensure operation of the assigned machine according to the production schedule. * Ensure compliance of the assigned equipment, striving to meet production standards. * Report any malfunction of the operating machine. * Comply with company rules and guidelines regarding order, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. * Comply with the use of uniforms and assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) for each work area. * Maintain and clean assigned tools and equipment. * Complete assigned reports hourly. * Maximize the lifespan of consumables. * Support all necessary activities to ensure on-time deliveries. * Ensure work is performed with quality and report any quality deviations to the area supervisor.
