If you are passionate about working with personnel, have a positive attitude, and are looking for a place where you can learn, contribute ideas, and develop professionally, this is your opportunity to join our team! **Functions** * Calculate weekly and biweekly payrolls * Record and validate attendance incidents: absences, tardiness, disabilities, and vacations. * Correctly apply deductions: IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, pensions, etc. * Manage enrollments, terminations, and salary modifications in IMSS. * Prepare payroll reports for accounting and finance. * Generate payroll receipts and manage payment disbursements. * Calculate benefits: Christmas bonus, vacation premium, severance and final settlements. * Prepare and submit transactions to IDSE and SUA. * Administer employee records related to payroll. * Address employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, and benefits. * Keep tax tables and labor law changes up to date. * Participate in monthly closings and internal or external audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in payroll calculation (desirable) * Proficiency with payroll systems (CONTPAQi). * Experience with IMSS, SUA, IDSE, and CFDI payrolls. **Knowledge:** * Federal Labor Law. * ISR and IMSS Laws. * Calculation of severance and final settlements. * Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas). * Payroll software and electronic stamping. **Competencies:** * Confidentiality and handling of sensitive information. * Attention to detail / accuracy. * Organization and time management. * Working under pressure and meeting deadlines. * Analytical thinking. * Internal customer service. * Ethics and responsibility. **We offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Continuous training. * Minor medical expense insurance. * Work hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm Saturdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm We want to meet you Send your CV to **reclutamiento@skinklinik.com.mx** or contact us at 8127639510 (WhatsApp) Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,001.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Recruitment and selection: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site
