The ideal candidate excels in developing architectural proposals and creating photorealistic renders, animations (optional), and high-impact visual presentations. You will work closely with our designers and project leaders to communicate design ideas clearly, attractively, and professionally. **Functions and responsibilities:** * Management and execution of architectural models, development of architectural concepts and design proposals. * Production of static photorealistic renders for interior and exterior architecture. * Use of digital tools. * Architectural 3D modeling from blueprints or conceptual ideas. * Image post-production and editing (Photoshop or others). * Support in visual presentations for clients or competitions. * Time management and coordination with the design team.
