**REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed technical degree (in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technician, or related fields). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing plants or similar environments. * Availability to rotate shifts: Day, Evening, and Night. * Must reside in the Guadalupe - Juárez area. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:** * Maintain the operational integrity of process and service equipment to ensure functionality. * Review production and maintenance schedules with the maintenance supervisor to carry out maintenance or equipment tuning tasks. * Execute preventive and/or corrective maintenance work orders, as well as plant projects. * Report improper equipment usage or deviations in equipment operation. * Report failures in production processes. * Use spare parts and tools appropriately. * Conduct effective inspections of plant and service equipment. * Provide clear and concise shift handovers. * Participate in meetings as required. * Generate reports on completed work. * Work independently. **COMPANY ADDRESS:** Av.
