**REQUIREMENTS.\- * Education: Completed technical degree (in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technician, or related fields). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing plants or similar. * Availability to rotate shifts: Day, Evening, and Night. * Must reside in the Guadalupe \- Juárez area. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:** * Maintain the operational integrity of process and service equipment to ensure functionality. * Review production and maintenance schedules with the maintenance supervisor to carry out maintenance or equipment tuning tasks. * Execute preventive and/or corrective maintenance work orders, as well as plant projects. * Report improper use of equipment or deviations in their usage. * Report failures in production processes. * Use spare parts and tools appropriately. * Conduct effective rounds on plant and service equipment. * Provide clear and concise shift handovers. * Participate in meetings when required. * Generate reports of completed work. * Work self-directed. **COMPANY ADDRESS:** Av.
