




Job Summary: Design, supervise, and implement electrical systems to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous operation of telecommunications infrastructure, in accordance with applicable regulations and technical requirements. Coordination of testing and compliance with electrical regulations. **General Job Objective.** Design, supervise, and implement electrical systems that ensure efficient, safe, and continuous operation of telecommunications sites, equipment, and systems, in compliance with current regulations and the company's technical requirements. **Primary Functions and Responsibilities.** * Design and interpret low- and medium-voltage electrical diagrams for telecommunications sites. * Coordinate and supervise electrical installations at new sites, nodes, shelters, and towers. * Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems. * Manage installation and maintenance of emergency power generators, UPS systems, battery banks, and backup systems. * Coordinate load testing, continuity testing, grounding verification, and protection compliance checks. * Support internal or external audits related to the infrastructure's electrical system. * Document technical progress and issue work or diagnostic reports. **Education** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. **Licenses / Certifications (Desirable):** * DC3 certification for electrical work * NOM-001-SEDE certification * Grounding systems * Height safety training (if applicable) **Experience** Minimum 2 years in industrial or telecommunications electrical installations. **Technical Skills** * Design of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations * Electrical load calculation and protection sizing * Interpretation of single-line diagrams * Use of multimeter, clamp meter, and megohmmeter * NOM, STPS, and Electrical Installation Regulations
