Commitment to sustainability and quality **Join our SIG team as…** **Sorting Operator** Conduct quality tests and inspections of blocked materials through visual inspection and/or testing to validate compliance and ensure timely delivery of the product to the customer. **Responsibilities** * Perform quality control of blocked materials via visual inspection and/or testing, completing inspection record forms for inspected materials. * Participate in traceability exercises and product recall simulations according to the SIG program, using information from classified products. * Support Quality Technician activities as required by process needs. * Act proactively and sustainably, aiming to be aware of environmental impacts arising from operations and seeking to minimize them, while committing to the company’s environmental policy to ensure compliance with SIG Combibloc standards. * Comply with and work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards to ensure safe packaging production for customers and consumers, and correctly execute all quality procedures under one’s responsibility to guarantee compliance with SIG Combibloc standards. * Support all production stages using specific quality tools and procedures to ensure product and process specifications at each stage. **Requirements** * Teamwork orientation * 1\-2 years of experience in the quality field * Completed secondary or upper-secondary education * Flexible schedule availability (rotating shifts) * 8-hour workday * Attention to detail **We Offer** * Base salary of $13,951\.70 * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Savings fund * Vacation days exceeding legal requirements * Grocery vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria * Employee transportation * Attendance bonus **SIG Competencies** We seek individuals committed to delivering consistent results—even under challenging circumstances—employees who foster an environment where everyone is motivated to give their best and help the organization achieve its goals.
