Building the DevOps team from scratch Description At 3DEMAK, we are seeking a Junior or Semi-Senior DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in CI/CD, Linux, Docker, and networking to help us build, strengthen, and maintain a functional development pipeline and enable secure environments (Development, QA, and Production). This role is critical to structuring the development workflow, automating deployments, and ensuring operational reliability through sound security practices. Responsibilities • Implement and manage CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) pipelines • Configure Git repositories (GitHub / GitLab) • Manage environments: • Development (Dev) • Certification / QA • Production (Prod) • Configure secure access via VPN • Automate processes using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins • Support containerization with Docker • Implement security controls for deployments • Document technical processes • Phase one of the project: stabilization • Phase two of the project: consolidation • Phase three of the project: maintenance and growth Security (Mandatory) • Environment segregation (Dev / QA / Prod) • Secure handling of credentials and secrets • Role-based access control • Validations prior to production release • Traceability of changes and deployments Requirements • Hands-on experience in DevOps / CI/CD • Knowledge of: • Linux (basic/intermediate administration) • Git (version control) • Docker (preferred) • Networking (VPN, remote access) • Experience with at least one CI/CD tool: • GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps • Basic scripting (Bash, Python, or other) Profile • Advanced Junior / Semi-Senior level • Practical orientation (ability to execute, not just theoretical knowledge) • Proactive and problem-solving oriented • Interest in automation, infrastructure, and security We Offer • Growth opportunities • Participation in real-world digital transformation projects • Work flexibility • Building the DevOps team from scratch. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 26 and 40 years Skills: DevOps, Docker, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Linux, Networking, VPN Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, ingeniero, operations, junior, senior, sr
