




Position Summary: Plans and validates processes, ensures quality standards, coordinates improvements, manages documentation, and supervises technical projects to optimize production. Management of process and project documentation 1\- We plan process validation and provide tools and documentation to produce parts on time and according to the corresponding process. 2\- Ensure compliance with finished product quality standards by establishing validated methods and processes. 3\- Coordinate process improvement activities with a focus on defect prevention and bottleneck elimination in processes; activities to enhance countermeasures against defects. 4\- Manage and supervise the creation of process/product management documentation (WI, AV, records) for use by operations personnel. 5\- Coordinate time-and-motion studies for assigned production processes to optimize resource utilization. 6\- Coordinate and lead risk analysis for assigned areas. 7\- Coordinate preparation for and follow-up on internal and external audits to meet specific customer requirements as well as governmental regulatory responsibilities. 8\- Issue, perform, and maintain DF-P, PFMEA, and CP-P for all part numbers produced in assigned areas to keep the system updated and controlled. 9\- Lead planning for new projects: new part numbers, design changes, new machinery, process changes, etc. 10\- Promote engineering team participation based on teamwork and autonomy; manage and supervise engineers responsible for specific improvement tasks to ensure timely delivery. 11\- Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical department’s work.
