Location: El Refugio / La Pradera area. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure that support assistance is correct and timely. * Install computer equipment and printers. * Track corrective and preventive maintenance plans. * Establish best practices across the entire technical support process. * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on technical support productivity. * Provide second- and third-level support. * Project development. * Complaint follow-up. * Software and local network installation. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in: Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in this role. WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits and above.
