




**Responsibilities** * Efficiently supervise and coordinate the customer service team’s activities, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality standards, response times, and satisfaction levels. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, resolving incidents, optimizing service processes, and promoting a service-oriented culture that strengthens customer loyalty and experience. ▪ Coordinate, train, and supervise the customer service team, ensuring adherence to service standards. ▪ Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback to improve team productivity and quality. ▪ Foster a collaborative, results-driven work environment focused on customer satisfaction. ▪ Ensure timely and effective responses to customer requests, complaints, or inquiries. ▪ Supervise communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery. ▪ Resolve complex or escalated cases, serving as the point of contact between the customer and the company. ▪ Analyze departmental KPIs (response time, satisfaction level, first-contact resolution rate, etc.) and generate periodic reports. ▪ Identify opportunities for improvement in service processes and propose enhancements to optimize the customer experience. ▪ Implement best practices and procedures to strengthen operational efficiency. ▪ Ensure the team complies with internal policies, legal regulations, and quality protocols. ▪ Supervise proper recording and safeguarding of information generated during customer service interactions. **Requirements** ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS ▪ Industrial Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, or related field. (Professional Title and Professional License are mandatory) EXPERIENCE ▪ Logistics and administration. Preferably 2 years in a similar position.
