




Position Summary: We are seeking on-site technical support staff to assist customers, document incidents, and resolve hardware and software issues. Key Highlights: 1. Provide first-level technical support at various locations. 2. Customer interaction and incident documentation. 3. Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and printers.
