Minimum 6 months of experience as a Technical Support Specialist. Job Responsibilities: Planning of on-site technical support visits. Driving a standard automobile with a valid driver’s license. Updating, installing, and replacing operating systems at point-of-sale locations. Updating and installing equipment at point-of-sale locations. Installing and supporting peripherals. Diagnosing and resolving internet connectivity issues, including reporting to service providers. Installing and supporting CCTV systems. Installing and supporting telecommunications equipment (routers, switches, access points). Performing preventive maintenance on installed devices. Recording all activities via the mobile application. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair skills. Daily software and hardware support for end users. At the server level: maintaining server hardware and software, including monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), and proper configuration of network services provided by servers.
