We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Basic Requirements:** * Engineer preferably in Electromechanical, Mechatronics and/or Electronics. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a development engineer. * Ability to work with electronic equipment systems. * Minimum 90% bilingual in Spanish/English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Spanish and English). * Experience with ICT equipment, functional testing, and electronics processes. * Advanced proficiency in CVI, LabView, VB, C\+\+, PLC programming. * Ability to solve problems using analytical methods. * Knowledge of automatic inspection equipment (vision system). * Ability to manage projects. * Knowledge of basic instrumentation, including digital multimeters, converters, analog\-to\-digital converters, oscilloscopes, and signal multiplexers. * Knowledge and use of mechanical design software. * Visa permitting travel to the US. **Preferred Requirements:** * Experience with automatic inspection equipment. * Knowledge of statistical methods for analysis and improvement of test equipment performance. * Knowledge of communication protocols, RS232, I2C, TTL. Green Belt certification. * **Responsibilities:** * Track company projects and requirements for new products to develop necessary equipment ensuring their expected functionality per test specifications. * Research and develop new methods, design equipment and systems to implement improvements in test equipment for new developments and existing equipment. * Develop test plans for new products. * Develop electrical, mechanical, software, pneumatic, and documentation components of new test equipment. * Perform and document required validations of design and software to ensure test specifications are met for products. * Document and manage designs, schematics, and software. * Train and support Support Engineers, Manufacturing, Quality, and Production Engineers to ensure understanding of equipment functions. * Identify, develop, and implement test and process improvements. * Use quality and departmental reports to measure test equipment performance and implement improvements. * Select and purchase materials incorporated into test equipment designs. * Contribute to recording actions related to test equipment and departmental projects for performance improvement purposes. * Implement necessary actions to achieve or exceed cost reduction targets within the area of responsibility. * Function as a responsible team member with Product Engineers, Quality, and Manufacturing personnel to maintain high quality and productivity. * Comply with applicable company safety policies, regulations, and procedures. **Authority:** * Responsible for developing, updating, improving, and maintaining plant test equipment. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
