This transition involves establishing independent capabilities to support the new entity, including Payroll. This role presents an exciting opportunity to define payroll strategy and execution for a newly formed company in the Americas region, taking ownership of the Mexico market. As part of the global payroll team, this role is jointly responsible for developing and implementing an appropriate payroll management strategy and system for the entire ice cream company. The Payroll HUB team operates cross-country, managing payroll input validation. This role will involve processing payroll for Mexico, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Payroll. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide key regional expertise for unique payroll solution requirements. * Review vendor payroll requirement documentation and apply best practices. * Support development and execution of test scripts for payroll functionality. * Support preparation of parallel testing and validation of results. * Review all payroll documentation to support live processing. * Participate in transition activities, data conversion validation, and go-live preparation. * Validate data inputs, benefits, attendance, and integrated support. * Review inputs and provide data via platform to Neeyamo. * Validate payroll results. * Review payroll GTN and prepare checklists for regional approval. * Prepare funding process and report to Finance. * Upload final reports for Finance and support post-payroll activities. * For countries without local operations, the Payroll HUB will prepare inputs for processing and submit them for review prior to manager approval. **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:** **SKILLS:** **Payroll Management Experience:** Extensive experience in payroll processes in Mexico, including knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements. **Analytical Skills:** Ability to review and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and laws. **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency with payroll software such as SAP, Workday, or others. Experience in data integration and validation. **Project Management:** Experience in payroll system implementations, parallel testing, and go-live activities. **Communication and Collaboration:** Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. **Languages:** Fluent Spanish/English.
