In this role, the individual will complete activities related to shipment documentation and goods receipt, and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Review and complete shipment and receipt documentation, enter information into computerized systems, and escalate issues as needed using foundational knowledge of processes and procedures. * Support cycle counting processes. * Operate powered mobile equipment. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in facility operations within the area of responsibility, with limited authority to implement changes as defined by management. * Understand and comply with all safety policies and procedures, including equipment lockout/tagout, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Minimum age of 18 years * Completed high school diploma or higher * Experience using a computer * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software, such as Excel and Word * Prior experience with inventory systems * Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms with or without reasonable accommodation * Ability to work in various environments where noise, dust, chemicals, etc., may be present, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Preferred experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) * Preferred ability to perform physical tasks safely—such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, stooping, or twisting—with or without reasonable accommodation * Preferred availability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts, with advance notice At Cargill, we promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our processes!
