Job Summary: Grupo Herradura Occidente is seeking an Inspector to verify passengers, vehicle and driver cleanliness, and prepare inspection reports to ensure service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ticket and passenger verification to identify anomalies. 2. Verification of cleanliness and appearance of drivers and vehicles. 3. Preparation of inspection reports for decision-making. Grupo Herradura Occidente, a bus company, is looking for your talent as an **INSPECTOR** — join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Verify that the number of passengers onboard a vehicle matches the number of tickets sold by conducting onboard inspections, in order to identify ticket-related anomalies. * Confirm that the driver and assigned vehicle meet cleanliness and appearance requirements through on-site inspections when the vehicle passes, ensuring service quality. * Prepare inspection reports generated along the assigned route by submitting report forms and daily logs provided by the Inspection Coordinator, to identify any irregularities. * Draft a comprehensive weekly report summarizing all inspections conducted, detailing the existence of reports or anomalies, to support decision-making by relevant departments. **Requirements:** * Secondary school education. * Field work experience. * Prior experience in roles such as security guard, quality control, or supervisor. * Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office. * Availability to work 8-hour shifts. **We Offer:** * Base salary: 9,700 MXN * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits from day one * Uniform * 80% scholarship at Universidad Latinoamericana (ULA) * Transportation allowance * Referral bonus of $2,000 MXN * Employee discounts and benefits. **If you are interested, please send your updated CV via this channel, and we will contact you to schedule an interview.**
