Collaborates within a team to ensure production supply. **HUMAGSA is seeking a Customs Warehouse Clerk in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A prominent corrugated cardboard company, expanding its operations, is seeking a **Customs Warehouse Clerk** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure timely receipt, registration, storage, and supply of corrugated sheet (raw material), as well as receipt, verification, registration, and storage of finished goods; guaranteeing inventory control, material traceability, and efficient supply to the production area according to authorized purchase orders. **MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:** **Raw Material Receipt:** Receive corrugated sheets from suppliers, verifying quantity, type, and specifications against purchase orders and documentation (delivery note, delivery slip, purchase order). **Raw Material Entry Registration:** Register corrugated sheet entries into the system or logbook: date, supplier, quantity, material type, and assigned warehouse location. **Warehouse Organization and Location:** Physically organize corrugated sheets in the raw material warehouse with the warehouse team, assigning and recording the exact location of each batch to facilitate retrieval. **Production Order Fulfillment:** Respond to production requests for raw materials, locate required materials, and coordinate with the warehouse team for picking and delivery to the production line. **Raw Material Dispatch Control:** Record each raw material dispatch to production: order number, quantity delivered, material type, and receiving responsible person, maintaining updated inventory records. **Finished Goods Receipt:** Receive finished goods from production, perform physical counts, and verify that quantities and specifications match the corresponding production order. **Finished Goods Verification and Counting:** Conduct detailed counting of finished goods, record discrepancies, and report them to the supervisor before entering the finished goods warehouse. **Finished Goods Warehouse Entry:** Formally enter finished goods into the finished goods warehouse once the count has been validated, registering quantity, reference, order number, date, and assigned location. **Inventory Control:** Maintain up-to-date inventory records for raw materials and finished goods, participate in scheduled cycle counts and physical inventories, and report variances to the warehouse manager. **Order and Cleanliness:** Maintain the warehouse area orderly, clean, and properly signposted in accordance with safety and hygiene standards, ensuring clear walkways and correctly identified materials. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * RESPONSIBILITY * COMMITMENT * Assertive communication * TEAMWORK *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69dff80577000039002fadcf\&source\=indeed*
