As an Account Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with our clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement. What we need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Commercial Relations, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related fields (completed or incomplete) Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position. Experience in logistics and customer service Work stability ERP proficiency 1\. Respond to inquiries, manage questions and resolve issues related to storage, value-added services and distribution (shipments and deliveries) with prior authorization from your direct supervisor, when required. 2\. Maintain smooth communication with clients and other internal departments to ensure information flows correctly. 3\. Identify supply chain-related problems, such as delays, damaged goods or documentation issues, and report them to your direct supervisor. 4\. Monitor shipment progress from origin to destination, informing the client about their order status. 5\. Work closely with other departments (Warehouse and Distribution) to ensure operations are carried out efficiently and in coordination. 6\. Prepare and manage necessary documentation for transportation and delivery of goods. 7\. Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction and present them to your direct supervisor. 8\. Complete the necessary documents to meet each account’s requirements (such as manually or via Batch uploading orders to Next, creating purchase orders, production orders, Back Order review, etc.). 9\. Support warehouse tours and visits. 10\. Keep orders and appointments updated on our internal platform 11\. Assist in employee sales Additionally, you will be the main point of contact to resolve any concerns or specific client requests, guaranteeing smooth and effective communication.
