As a Lead Clinical Data Science Programmer at ICON, you will play a key role in designing and developing clinical data solutions, ensuring the efficient handling, analysis, and reporting of complex clinical trial data. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to drive data\-driven insights that support the advancement of cutting\-edge therapies and innovative clinical research. What You Will Be Doing:* Leading the design, development, and validation of database set\-up within one to two CDMS systems (i.e. IQVIA ClinSpark). This includes CRF design, database build, edit check programming, system reports, and configuring other system features. * Collaborating with data managers, clinical operations teams, and other study team members to develop data specifications and analysis plans for study specific database set\-up and eSource configuration validation. * Independently assures quality of own programming outputs and ensures high quality deliverables of those of other programmers as directed by providing senior review of study\-level/program\-level deliverables and supports validation activities per the formal, documented QC process. * Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of clinical data through rigorous quality control and validation checks. * Mentoring and guiding junior programmers and providing technical leadership within the data science programming team. Your Profile:* Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, biostatistics, data science, or a related field. * 4\-5\+ years’ experience in clinical data programming, with proficiency in ClinSpark, Medidata Rave, Veeva CDMS, SAS, R, or other relevant programming languages. * In\-depth knowledge of clinical trial data structures, CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), and regulatory requirements. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and quality. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross\-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. \#LI\-FB2 \#LI\-Homebased What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
