Education: Completed high school (minimum). **Solid Knowledge in:** Activation of new motorcycles. General motorcycle repair. Engine tuning. Motorcycle electrical systems. **Key Skills:** Excellent customer interaction and communication. Organizational skills for completing service forms. Proactive approach to photographic evidence collection and job documentation. Orderly, disciplined, and responsible. **Main Responsibilities** Perform motorcycle diagnostics and repairs at the CSA. Provide technical support and repairs at retail stores. Deliver technical service and repairs at customers’ homes. Ensure accurate documentation of each service (completing forms and collecting evidence). Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace. **Job Details** * **Position:** Motorcycle Technician (CSA, Retail Stores, and On-Site). * **Commissions:** 5% on net sales of services performed. * **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Hours may occasionally extend due to workload. * Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, depending on workload. Hours may occasionally extend due to workload. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits.
