Job Summary: We are seeking a transportation coordinator with experience in coordinating delivery services, supplier development, and personnel management, focused on tracking, leadership, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of land transportation services 2. Development of new suppliers and customer service 3. Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving under pressure MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Full-time – Monday to Friday and Saturday (half-day). Flexible schedule availability is mandatory due to operational requirements. Responsibilities: Coordination of delivery services using vans, tractor-trailers, and 53-foot dry freight trailers Development of new suppliers Personnel management (drivers) Supplier payment control Sales of land freight transportation services to existing and new customers Generation and closure of all trips with proper documentation and ensuring trip compliance Vehicle tracking / monitoring and GPS notification dispatch Customer service Tracking, leadership, attention to detail, negotiation skills Preparation and submission of reports, statistics, and documentation Distribution of documentation to drivers Experienced in problem resolution Ability to work under pressure Schedule flexibility Knowledge of the Transport Waybill (Carta Porte) -Requirements- Minimum Education: High school diploma (Bachillerato General) 1 year of relevant experience Age: between 24 and 40 years Skills: Coordination ability, stress tolerance, goal-oriented work, service coordination
