Coordination to ensure supply **Position:** Procurement Analyst **Location:** Santiaguito, Tultitlán, State of Mexico **Department:** Procurement / Purchasing **Reports to:** Administration / Management Department **Requirements** **Education** * Technical high school diploma, incomplete bachelor's degree, or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 1.5 years in Procurement or Purchasing. * Experience in metal-mechanical, steel, instrumentation, or industrial materials companies. * Experience in supplier interaction and negotiation. * Proficiency in administrative processes and document control. * Knowledge of Aspel SAE. **Main Responsibilities** * Generation and tracking of Purchase Orders. * Supplier development and monitoring. * Effective negotiation of prices, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Preparation of comparative charts and market price analysis. * Document control and review of requisitions and purchases. * Delivery tracking and supplier performance monitoring. * Preparation of executive reports for Management. * Administration and updating of information in the ASPEL SAE system. * Coordination with warehouse, production, and operational departments to ensure supply. * Monitoring of procurement department KPIs. **Technical Skills** * Knowledge or experience with ASPEL SAE (preferred). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Executive report preparation. * Cost analysis and price comparison. * Proficiency in digital and administrative tools. **We Offer** * Monthly salary ranging from $11,000 to $12,000 MXN (net). * Statutory and additional benefits. * Company-provided mobile phone and laptop. * Free cafeteria service. * Parking. * Growth opportunities. * Salary increases. * Excellent work environment. * Option for indefinite-term employment contract. **Interested candidates must apply through this channel with an updated CV in PDF format** Salary: $11,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Company-provided telephone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
