Position Summary: Ensure warehouse operations during the evening shift, including inventory control, order picking supervision, route settlements, and delivery vehicle status. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of operational staff and key logistics processes. 2. Inventory control and incident management in the warehouse. 3. Validation of route settlements and product restocking. Position Objective Ensure proper warehouse operations during the evening shift, guaranteeing inventory control, product picking supervision, route settlements, and delivery van status. Key Responsibilities Supervise 4 warehouse staff in daily operations. Supervise product preparation for order picking. Receive delivery units in good condition. Validate the route settlement process. Receive returned products in good condition. Ensure correct product restocking into inventory. Manage incidents (shortages, losses, discrepancies). Supervise cash withdrawal from delivery vans’ security boxes. Specific Functions Order Operations Coordinate product preparation for next-day order picking. Identify and report shortages. Route Settlements Review returns versus documentation. Validate returned products, quantities, and restocking into inventory. Ensure system closure of settlements. Validate cash custody (photographic evidence). Unit Control Execute unit checklists (license plates, fuel level, mileage, documentation). Record photographic evidence. Identify damages and assign accountability. Requirements Warehouse/logistics experience (2+ years). Inventory and system management experience. Experience supervising operational staff. Organization, control, and attention to detail. Availability for the evening shift. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inventory accuracy. % errors in order picking and returns. Route settlement time. Incidents per unit (damages/unreported). Process and checklist compliance.
