**Industrias Cazel is seeking an Accountant in Tultitlán, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------ **Industrias Cazel** is a Mexican company dedicated to manufacturing plastic parts and assemblies for the automotive industry. We are seeking an **Accountant** to ensure accurate accounting, tax, and financial control across the group, in compliance with national and international regulations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accounting records comply with **IFRS / IAS, Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), and Mexican tax regulations**. * Coordinate and execute **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings**. * Prepare, analyze, and present **financial statements** (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement). * Record, classify, and analyze all financial transactions of the company and the group. * Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial controls. * Calculate, file, and oversee **federal, state, and payroll taxes** (Income Tax [ISR], Value Added Tax [IVA], DIOT, payroll, IMSS, etc.). * Ensure proper **tax compliance** for individuals and legal entities. * Update capital accounts, **CUCA and CUFIN**. * Coordinate and manage **internal and external audits**, as well as tax authority requirements. * Analyze financial information to assess **profitability, liquidity, and manufacturing costs versus cost of sales**. * Supervise and coordinate the **accounting team**, ensuring adherence to internal policies. * Provide accounting and financial support to administrative and operations departments. ### **Essential Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting** (degree completed). * Minimum **5 years** of experience in general and tax accounting. * Experience in **manufacturing companies**, preferably in the **automotive sector**, and **audited companies** (mandatory). * Solid knowledge of **ISR, IVA, withholding taxes, DIOT, electronic accounting, payroll, and annual tax returns**. * Experience preparing and analyzing **financial statements**. * Proficiency in **ERP systems** (Oracle preferred) and **advanced Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Up-to-date knowledge of **Mexican tax regulations and NIF**. * Experience leading the accounting department or supervising accounting teams. * **Intermediate-to-advanced English** (professional reading and writing skills). * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple legal entities. ### **Desirable Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA). * Experience in **cost and expense optimization**. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and **plastic injection molding**. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * Savings fund. * Birthday leave. * Job stability and professional development within an automotive-sector company. **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree — completed **Desired experience level:** Managerial level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Automotive *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6949d1515300004300be55c1&source=indeed
