Vacancy: Shift Supervisor – In-House Private Security **Location:** Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico **Salary:** $10,500 net monthly **Biweekly payment:** $5,250 net **Free uniform** Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate in-house security personnel. * Ensure compliance with security protocols and internal procedures. * Control access and conduct patrols at assigned facilities. * Prepare incident reports and follow up on relevant events. * Maintain constant communication with the client and management. * Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional appearance of the security team. Requirements * Age: 18 to 55 years old. * Education: Junior high school or high school diploma (certified). * Proven experience as a **Shift Supervisor** (employment verification required). * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends or holidays. * Excellent personal presentation and service-oriented attitude.
