Job Responsibilities **Job Requirements:** Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum Experience: 3 years in the position applied for or in similar roles (verifiable). Required Knowledge: Team leadership, industrial safety, good manufacturing practices, forklift operation (preferred), KPI monitoring. Intermediate Excel proficiency (a test will be administered). **Job Responsibilities:** - Supervise a team of 20 people per shift. - Demonstrate initiative, leadership, teamwork, communication skills, and conflict resolution ability. - Submit reports promptly. - Manage quality systems and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
