Supervision and coordination of security personnel. 2. Ensuring compliance with site-specific instructions and access control. 3. Reporting incidents and implementing security protocols. KEY PEOPLE IS SEEKING: SHIFT SUPERVISOR / SECURITY OFFICER SHIFT: 12X24 MONTHLY NET SALARY: $10,500 BIWEEKLY PAYMENTS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE STATUTORY BENEFITS EDUCATION: JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Supervise and coordinate security personnel assigned to the on-site service. \- Ensure compliance with property-specific instructions. \- Control access for staff, vendors, visitors, and vehicles. \- Verify attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and equipment of personnel under supervision. \- Conduct internal and perimeter surveillance patrols. \- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems (where applicable). \- Record and report incidents, anomalies, and shift-related updates. \- Implement security, prevention, and emergency response protocols. \- Maintain operational order and discipline during the shift. \- Coordinate shift handovers and cover operational absences as required. \- Maintain direct communication with the client and the operations center. \- Prepare service reports and logs.
