Responsibilities include operation as well as verification of product quality. Operators may also be responsible for raw material inspection, creation of production records, and adherence to established safety procedures. A good operator must possess technical skills, the ability to follow precise instructions, and attention to detail to ensure efficiency and quality in the production process. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assemble products on production lines following applicable work instructions. * Conduct basic quality controls and tests. * Maintain availability, respect, and commitment toward immediate supervisors. * Adapt positively to changes required by the operations area. * Attend shift start-up meetings punctually. * Monitor the production process and participate in the team-oriented work culture to help the team achieve its production goals. * Ensure all production and quality systems are followed at all times. * Maintain open communication with immediate supervisor regarding operational matters. * Comply punctually with each workstation requirement according to SWS. * Avoid leaving assigned workstation during productive shift hours. * Complete daily PVS documentation as required by the form. * Complete daily 5S Check List documentation, maintain 5S standards in the area at all times, and comply with COVD\-19\ cleaning requirements. * Ensure workstation cleanliness upon shift completion. * Remove waste generated in the operational area during working hours. * Complete autonomous maintenance documentation. * Submit monthly Creative Idea documentation. * Create and maintain a healthy and conflict-free work environment. * Comply with proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Follow regulations, protocols, and processes outlined in Android Policies. * Adhere to safety and environmental provisions to foster a safe and positive work environment. * Comply with customer requirements. * Maintain product quality standards for our customers. * Perform any other tasks required by operations to avoid impacting the customer. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** * Education: Completed secondary school or equivalent * Age: 18 years and older * Gender: Not specified * Preferred: Minimum six months of experience in a similar position and industry * Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Capable of standing for extended periods. * Ability to work according to production requirements. **TRAVEL:** 0% travel availability **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:** * Teamwork. * Results- and customer-oriented. * Knowledge of 5S. * Knowledge of product quality. **PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:** * Gender: Not specified * Marital status: Not specified * Age: 28 to 55 years Work schedule from 6:00 to 15:36 hrs, Monday through Friday, with schedule flexibility according to company needs.
