Location: Chedraui Palomas Distribution Center (CEDIS) Job Description A leading retail sector company is seeking an Operations Coordinator for its Distribution Center. The position is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing merchandise storage, distribution, and transportation processes, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with performance indicators, timelines, and regulations. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in a similar role within a CEDIS * Experience in the following areas: * Picking / order preparation * Receiving * Inventory management * Returns * Operational management * Personnel management (approx. 35 employees) * Handling and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs) * Proactive profile, leadership skills, and results-oriented mindset * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (certified) * Age: 20 to 45 years Responsibilities * Coordinate and optimize merchandise distribution * Supervise storage, distribution, and transportation processes * Ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and regulations * Monitor and track operational indicators * Manage and supervise operational staff * Supervise picking, receiving, inventory, and returns areas Work Schedule * Monday to Sunday * 1 weekday off * Rotating shifts monthly: * Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Overtime Pay * 1 to 9 hours: double pay * 10 hours or more: triple pay * Payment in accordance with IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot guidelines Benefits * IMSS * Infonavit * Fonacot * Vacation (12 days) * Year-end bonus (15 days) * Vacation premium (25%) * Sunday premium (25%) * Profit sharing * Subsidized cafeteria ($23\) * On-site parking at the CEDIS Retention Incentive * $4,500 deferred: * 30 days: $1,500 * 60 days: $1,500 * 90 days: $1,500 IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION AND MEET THE REQUIREMENTS, SEND A WHATSAPP MESSAGE TO 5619910105\.
