El Analista de Datos de IA de Visión se encarga de recopilar, clasificar y enviar los datos generados por los sistemas de monitoreo de IA de visión. Al detectar proactivamente anomalías y desviaciones en los datos, este puesto contribuye directamente a ahorros anuales multimillonarios mediante la reducción del tiempo de inactividad, la mejora de la garantía de esterilidad y la liberación más rápida de lotes.
**La oportunidad:**
* Recopilar, limpiar y procesar datos sobre el uso de guantes, conteo de viales, entrada/salida de operadores y sistemas de monitoreo ambiental.
* Desarrollar tableros de control e informes para supervisar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI), como la reducción del tiempo de inactividad, la prevención de desviaciones y la garantía de esterilidad.
* Realizar análisis de causa raíz sobre anomalías detectadas por los sistemas de IA de visión.
* Colaborar con ingenieros y equipos de fabricación para traducir conocimientos en mejoras de procesos.
* Apoyar iniciativas de análisis predictivo para pronosticar la necesidad de reemplazo de guantes y mantenimiento de equipos.

In this role, you’ll use your passion for collaboration and technology to provide our customers with a world\-class experience. You would act as the front line of communication with our customers, serving inbound phone calls as well as assisting customers via chat and email. This is a full\-time hourly (non\-exempt) position, with overtime available during peak seasons. We’re looking for some individuals that can also offer non\-traditional business hours availability, including weekends and evening hours, to help us manage our response time goals throughout the entire week.

Address inbound customer inquiries regarding our platform’s features
Answer all inbound support emails within 60 minutes or less, continually striving for faster response times
Triage incoming customer support emails to specialized CS team members as needed
Participate in live chat during our standard business hours
