Tackle exciting challenges and build a professional career that reflects who you are.** **Job Mission:** Perform field services and activities related to customer service—including meter removals, meter re-installations, and high-consumption reviews—as well as fulfill assigned on-call duties to respond to gas leaks, network damage, theft of facilities, gas outages (in specific cases), fires, explosions, and gas odors; safeguard and maintain equipment under your responsibility in optimal condition to ensure achievement of departmental objectives and proper operational flow. **Your Impact:** As a **First Response Emergency Technician**, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities: **Respond to and execute daily assigned field services related to meter removals and re-installations.** **Generate required documentation records for assigned service orders.** **Address customer requests regarding high consumption by inspecting and diagnosing meters, regulators, internal and external installations, and customer-connected equipment (stoves, water heaters, etc.), while also identifying potential meter reading errors.** **Requirements:** To join our team as a **First Response Emergency Technician**, we seek: * **Education and Experience:** Industrial Maintenance or related field. High school diploma or technical degree in: Industrial Maintenance, Pneumatics or Mechanics; Basic Instrumentation or related field. 1 year of experience working with natural gas. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in handling natural gas tools and measurement equipment.
