If you are looking for a stable environment offering professional growth and a team that recognizes your talent, this opportunity is for you. **Job Objective:** To operationally supervise the audit team, ensuring timely delivery of outputs in compliance with current regulations and guaranteeing high-quality results for both the organization and our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive analysis and review of clients’ financial information. * Development and support in preparing the audit plan. * Identification of risks and findings. * Coordination and supervision of the audit team. * Evaluation of internal controls. * Direct communication with clients to resolve issues. * Ensuring high-quality, regulation-compliant audit closures. * Preparation of audit opinions, letters of observations, and reports. * Safeguarding and backing up generated information. * Compliance with the Code of Ethics, independence, confidentiality, and quality (ISO 9001). **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (degree completed). * Experience: 3 years in auditing. * Knowledge: Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs), International Auditing Standards (NIAS), Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), Professional Code of Ethics. * Software: Advanced Microsoft Office and accounting software. * Knowledge of tax opinions. * Experience in tax closing. * Up-to-date knowledge of financial and tax processes. * Ability to manage the entire audit process, including planning, execution, reporting of results, billing, and fee control. * Solid understanding of tax obligations in Mexico. * Proven experience in tax opinions. * Proficiency in accounting. **Required Competencies:** * Operational leadership and team supervision. * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Ability to identify risks and propose solutions. * Effective communication with clients and internal teams. * Organization, planning, and results orientation. * Technically grounded decision-making. * Professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality. * Working under pressure and time management. **We Offer:** * Base salary commensurate with experience and profile. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Early Fridays based on performance. * 5% Savings Fund contribution. * Punctuality bonus (equivalent to one day’s salary).
